Cancellation and Returns Policy

21.8. Refunds

If you cancel:

   - 21.8.1. We'll refund the price paid for the products, minus any value reduction due to handling.

   - 21.8.2. We'll refund standard delivery costs, not premium delivery options.

   - 21.8.3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of return.

21.9. Faulty Products

For faulty or mis-described items, we'll refund the full cost, including delivery charges and return costs.

We'll refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

21.11. Returning Products

Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. You'll need to cover the return costs unless the product is faulty.
